"Wonderfully experience at the Twinpalms. One of the best hotel in Phuket!"
HOMA Phuket Town ★★★★
"When I come to Phuket, I always choose to stay at Homa before anywhere else. The location is excellent and convenient, with good parking, and it's close to the city center. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are always smiling, and it's generally quiet (depends on the guests, though! 😁). I really love staying here and come often."
Baan Old Town Boutique Stay, Phuket Town ★★★
"Excellent! Very close to the city and convenient. There's parking and hot water. Tea and coffee are also provided."
Sawasdee Village ★★★★
"This resort boasts a traditional Thai interior, creating an exotic atmosphere. The room condition is clean and the staff are friendly. On the day of departure, after checking out, we were able to use the shower room, which meant we could spend time by the pool after the 12 PM checkout. There's also a cooking class within the village and a very famous spa. My only minor regret is that the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse."
Kana Triple L Hotel Phuket ★★★★
"Great for those who are out and about all day. The staff's service attitude is very good. The neighborhood is lively, and there are many convenient food options nearby."
Kalima Resort & Spa Phuket ★★★★★

Westkey Patong Hotel ★★★
"Excellent value for money, nothing to complain about. It's very quiet, far from the night noise, ideal for families, and everything is nearby. The staff are super pleasant and very kind."

Amatara Welleisure Resort
"A beautiful hotel with magnificent views from the pool, restaurants, and many rooms. It's more suited for adults seeking a quiet, secluded getaway. You'll hardly see anyone anywhere! There's a lovely small beach with great snorkeling, loungers, a cafe, and a restroom, and again, hardly anyone there! Make sure to bring your water shoes. The breakfast selection is small, with a menu for hot dishes and a small buffet line. The coffee is excellent. I had lunch twice; one time it was delicious – spaghetti with scallops – but the second time, the duck confit was old and not very good. For dinner, we either drove or walked to the promenade, where there are many budget-friendly options. The buggies are helpful for navigating the hills. The staff is superb; they promptly resolve all issues. When it rained, they ran to the car with umbrellas to help us stay dry. We even received a room upgrade and were allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
Andamantra Resort and Villa Phuket
"Very bad service! Receptionist and some staff are too rude. Too many problems in the room too."
Keemala
"soo gooooooood"
Dinso Resort & Villas Phuket, Vignette Collection by IHG
"The hotel is a quiet retreat despite being within walking distance of the bustling city center, although there are many steep hills along the way! It rained continuously for the first two days of our stay, so it was a lifesaver that there was a shuttle to the nearest mall. Due to the heavy rain, the area outside our room was severely leaking, causing a lot of water to accumulate by the door. We eventually moved to another room, which had the same layout but was smaller than the previous one."
Aleenta Phuket - Phang Nga - The Leading Hotels of the World
"The environment and scenery are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very generous. The staff are polite and friendly. Plus, there are free yoga classes with dedicated instructors and a great atmosphere."
Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa Phuket
"The environment is great, very quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. However, you can only eat at the hotel since there are no restaurants or shops outside."
77 Patong Hotel & Spa
"As many have noted, the location is very good; almost everything is within walking distance, including the market and Big C. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. There's a decent-sized, clean swimming pool on the roof. The shower has excellent water pressure, and there are no issues with hot water. The staff are friendly and always ready to help and respond quickly if anything unexpected happens."
The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa
"Family room in the annex with breakfast included for four people – what more could you ask for? 😉 There was a Chinese-speaking receptionist, and the service was good. The breakfast was clean, though for the two days we stayed, there were quite a few Indian-style dishes. I absolutely have to mention that I accidentally left my wallet when changing hotels, and they helped me get it back through email communication."
Sole Mio Boutique Hotel and Wellness
"The accommodation was excellent, very beautiful, clean, and new. The staff provided great service, and all the facilities were comprehensive. I especially loved having free access to the sauna and steam room."
Beyond Patong
"The hotel staff from reception to housekeeping are very good and helpful. Thanks Sasi and everyone. I will be back."
The Naka Phuket, a member of Design Hotels
You can enjoy the sunset view from the infinity pool or your room, and the sunset ritual on the shore.
The Oceanic Sportel Phuket
"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff made a great first impression by allowing me to check in early because my room was already available. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although it overlooked the nearby village rather than the main view, I didn’t mind at all since I rarely opened the curtains anyway. Unfortunately, one experience at the pool bar on our last night nearly ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay. We had bought KFC for dinner and simply wanted some ice. A hotel staff member suggested that we ask the pool bar for it. When we arrived, I noticed there was an air-conditioned restaurant area, so I politely asked for a cup of ice and whether we could enjoy our takeaway there. The lady working at the bar told me that it would be fine as long as we ordered at least one drink. That seemed perfectly reasonable, so I ordered a Mai Tai. However, I immediately noticed that she seemed annoyed. My boyfriend also commented that she came across as quite rude. While we were waiting for my drink, the lady spoke to her colleague loudly enough for me to hear. She asked, “Where are these people going to sit? If they’re sitting in the A/C room, I’m afraid it’s going to smell bad.” Her colleague looked visibly uncomfortable, as though he didn’t know how to respond. At that point, the atmosphere had become so awkward that my boyfriend suggested we simply return to our room to eat instead. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself. If takeaway food wasn’t allowed in the restaurant, that would have been completely understandable. What wasn’t acceptable was being told we could stay if we purchased a drink, only to be made to feel unwelcome after I had already ordered one. It felt misleading and unnecessarily embarrassing. I also don’t understand the concern about food smells, considering the air-conditioned area is a restaurant where people eat throughout the day. I would also like to mention that the gentleman serving us was polite, friendly, and professional. He seemed uncomfortable throughout the interaction and appeared to be seeking approval from the lady before responding to my questions. If she is the pool bar manager, I believe her attitude, communication, and customer service fall well below the standard expected in a hospitality role. In the end, we spent 280 THB on a Mai Tai, received a cup of ice, and left with an unpleasant experience that overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay. Despite this incident, I would still recommend the hotel because the rest of the staff and facilities were excellent. However, I would advise future guests to avoid the pool bar until the customer service there improves."
Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort and Spa
"Great value for money during the off-season, and the infinity pool offers amazing views. I really love the hotel's wooden structural design; it makes you feel more connected to nature, less industrialized. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a rich variety and delicious taste. The hotel rooms were cleaned to the highest possible standard to prevent insects and ants. Since it was the off-season, several parts of the hotel were undergoing maintenance, so some rooms might experience noise during the day. The latest checkout time is 12 PM, it would have been perfect if a later checkout was an option."
